Annual labor cost = residents × transfers/day × minutes × staff per transfer × 365, converted to hours and multiplied by your loaded wage. We model ActiveCare as reducing each transfer to one caregiver and cutting transfer time by 30% — deliberately conservative. Workers' comp, fall liability, and turnover savings are not included in the payback number, so your real return is likely faster than what's shown.
