As the founder and CEO of JIB and Associates, Inc., Jacquay Davis grew up in San Francisco, CA, and he was surrounded by his family and raised with a solid matriarchal influence in an intense spiritual family. As he grew up, he witnessed senior family members grappling with the need for assistance and medical equipment to aid their daily functions. He saw how his family experienced anxiety over their elderly parents and struggled to access the resources necessary for maintaining their dignity. This empathy and understanding led him to establish his company, a leading supplier of innovative medical equipment.

Dr. Lorenzo is an experienced colorectal surgeon who is board certified in General & Colorectal Surgery and specializes in robotic/minimally invasive surgery & pelvic floor disorders, specifically fecal incontinence. As a dedicated Colorectal Surgeon with University Surgical Associates and an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, I bring over two decades of expertise in advanced surgical techniques, medical education and compassionate patient care. My passion for improving patient outcomes extends beyond the operating room, driving me to explore new avenues in healthcare leadership and innovation.
